You will also receive 1 hour of phone, email and/or video calling per week to help keep you on track to reach your health goals.
You will have full access to all the information on our website + members area. As long as you are a member we will stay with you until you've reached your health and financial goals.
As you progress, you'll receive each month downloadable PDF files that will take you to the next level.
You'll be recognized for your achievements and goals reached as you progress.
You'll be part of our extended family.

Customer and Member fees and information:

There are 3 ways to help spread the word using this website:

1): If you feel this website is of value to you and possibly others, then donate what you can. 100% of your donation will go towards the time and material it takes to advertise this website.

2): Become a customer of ours. You'll receive what we listed above plus more. As a customer, you'll pay $499.00 per month. You'll receive instructions on how to acclimate yourself to feeding on a 18/6 schedule. You'll receive 4 gourmet meals prepared for you at our facility located in Southern Arizona or if you are a customer living elsewhere, we will show you how to prepare 4 healthy meals (the ingredients cost included in your monthly fee) or we'll put you in touch with a Team Member in your area.

3): Become a Team Member and receive extra bonuses including compensation for reaching out and helping others in need of the information in this website and your help. As a Team Member your monthly dues will only be $199.00 per month and you'll receive all the same benefits as a customer plus many more, such as learning how to setup, run and manage your own health coaching business.
