Terms and conditions for Donations, Customers & Team Members:
DONATIONS:
Whatever you donate 100% of it goes to the cost of time & materials to get the word out to the people! People need to know about how powerful food is in transforming their health. You can be part of this movement!
TEAM MEMBER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
TERMS & CONDITIONS: By signing up and paying any fee you agree to these Terms & Conditions, and the definitions herein. Under this membership you will be considered a Team Member and not just a customer. You will receive a discounted price rate from $499 down to $199 per month for every month you are enrolled. However, you are expected to learn the ropes of metabolic health and to use Utransform.org as a teaching tool for people around you. We want as many people as possible knowing and understanding that health can be achieved by anyone! As a result, we must insist that you bring at least one person onboard to attain metabolic health and sign up either as a customer or Team Member within 3 months from your enrollment date. When you sign up as a Team Member you will be charged for 3 months at the rate of $499 x 3 = $1497. Once you have helped someone become a customer or Team Member within the 90 window you will be refunded $900 + interest at the rate of 8% annualized for a total of $918. You will also receive a bonus from helping another person get onto the right path in their health journey. That bonus will depend upon many factors and is explained in more detail under "Memberships". If you sign up as a Team Member and you fail to reach out and help someone within the 90-day time frame you will not be refunded any amount charged and will continue on as a customer only and not a Team Member. As either a Team Member or Customer, once you have accepted and agreed and used any of the services listed within this website (Utransform.org) you agree that you have received a service and/or product and agree that you have paid for such service and/or product (Example: You read on this website how to change what and how you eat. And/or you come to our facility and stay two nights and observe and learn how to cook healthy meals.), this constitutes a service and/or product rendered and is non-refundable. You agree that should there be a dispute that cannot be agreed upon, each party shall pay for their own attorney and/or legal fees. You agree you have read the 'Disclaimer' on this website. That no one connected to this website is a Doctor/Health Professional/Legal Advisor/Attorney/CPA/Financial Advisor unless the person you are working with is in one of these professions. But you agree that by-and-large most people involved in promoting this website have the best intentions and simply want to lend a hand to help others towards a positive health journey. You agree that no one, including yourself, wants to intentionally create any harm to anyone else. You agree that decisions and actions you take are your responsibility and that most people are responsible for their own decisions and actions. You agree you are becoming involved with Utransform.org voluntarily and that no coercion or false advertising has taken place. You agree that if you witness any such that you will immediately contact myself at daleutransform@gmail.com or text/call 208-241-7438 or the person you are working with so any such problem can and will be dealt with. You agree to not subject any person to racial, gender, age or other discriminations, and that ALL people should be able to seek, attain and live a healthy life.
These Terms & Conditions may be changed, added to, deleted or altered as time goes on.
CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Under this membership you will be considered a Customer of Utransform.org. You will be charged a price at the rate of $499 per month for every month you are enrolled. You are expected to learn about metabolic health and to use Utransform.org as a learning tool to use in your everyday life. We want as many people as possible knowing and understanding that health can be achieved by anyone! When you sign up as a customer you will be charged for 3 months at the rate of $499 x 3 = $1497. If at any time during the first 90 days from your enrollment date you decide you want to become a Team Member and you fulfill the requirements as set-forth under the 'Team Member Terms & Conditions' we will be bound by those Terms & Conditions as outlined. As a Customer, once you have accepted and agreed and used any of the services listed within this website (Utransform.org) you agree that you have received a service and/or product and agree that you have paid for such service and/or product (Example: You read on this website how to change what and how you eat. And/or you come to our facility and stay two nights and observe and learn how to cook healthy meals.), this constitutes a service and/or product rendered and is non-refundable.
