Refund Policy

Customer & Team Member refund policy:

As a Customer or Team Member if you have purchased a plan (meaning legal tender funds) have transferred from your to Utransform.org or any Agents thereof you may be entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied with the service or products therein.

To file for a refund:

Time frame for requesting a refund:

Generally speaking, within 60 days of paying for a service or product (unless 3rd parties sold you the product).  If you have used this site or any services herein and it has been longer than 60 days you may not be entitled to a refund and must accept that services have been rendered.  However, if you have paid for services that have not been rendered and it has been more than 60 days you still may be entitled to a refund.  We do not intend to take your money and NOT render services!
