We work with your office along with the patients; we provide the education, and coaching support.
As the Healthcare Specialist you are in control of what your patients learn.
Example: You have a patient that has high blood pressure, you've tried to get them to eat healthier and to exercise appropriately but you're busy. We'll make sure they get onto a program specifically designed to lower blood pressure through lifestyle changes.
We have 3 different programs: 3-month, 6-month, & 12-month
3 MONTH PROGRAM: We spend 3 months educating the Patient about the gut microbiome and how it affects the body. Including specific exercise routines. Foods to stay away from. Foods to eat. Where to source, how to cook, store, package and many different life skills that affect their ailment(s) or condition(s). We provide testing, review and provide reports back to the Healthcare Specialists as evidence the Patient is following a set routine. These reports may include pictures, voicemail, email and/or other evidence needed so the Healthcare Specialists can properly bill as needed. Our programs are for educational purposes and will not be taken as medical advice. Your cost of the 3 month program is $1,497.00 ($499.00 per patient per month) with a retail of $7,200.00 ($2,400 per patient, per month) (See Provider Agreement) A Provider Agreement will be needed to work with us.
6 MONTH PROGRAM: We spend 6 months educating and working with the Patient. They will learn how their body works from the inside out. Including specific exercise routines. Foods to stay away from. Foods to eat. Where to source, how to cook, store, package and many different life skills that affect their ailment(s) or condition(s). We provide testing, review and provide reports back to the Healthcare Specialists as evidence the Patient is following a set routine. These reports may include pictures, voicemail, email and/or other evidence needed so the Healthcare Specialists can properly bill as needed. Our programs are for educational purposes and will not be taken as medical advice. Cost of the 6 month program is $14,400.00 retail, but your cost is $2,994.00 ($499.00 per month, per patient) A Provider Agreement will be needed to work with us. (See Agreement)
12 MONTH PROGRAM: We spend 12 months educating and working with the Patient. As you well know, the longer a person does something the more likely it is they will develop a habit. We teach only good habits aimed at healing the body through lifestyle changes. Including specific exercise routines. Foods to stay away from. Foods to eat. Where to source, how to cook, store, package and many different life skills that affect their ailment(s) or condition(s). We provide testing, review and provide reports back to the Healthcare Specialists as evidence the Patient is following a set routine. These reports may include pictures, voicemail, email and/or other evidence needed so the Healthcare Specialists can properly bill as needed. Our programs are for educational purposes and will not be taken as medical advice. Cost of the 12 month program is $28,800.00 at retail, but your cost is $5,988.00 ($499.00 per month per patient).
