S.A.D. (Standard American Diet)

Unfortunately, if you ingest the wrong food(s) at the wrong times you will gain weight, yet your very cells will be undernourished or even starving to death!  The biggest cause of overeating is the fact that our bio-system is not receiving enough nutrients, so it sends a signal to our brains to keep eating!  If we don't provide the proper micro-nutrients to our cells, they will keep looking for it in any form possible.  It is possible for someone to eat themselves to death and at the same time be starving to death.

Processed seed oils are #1 bad food!

Simply put, seed oils, especially that used in restaurant's over and over again are carcinogenic and have been linked to all types of heart disease!   And we're not talking about organic olive oil; we're talking about cheap cooking oil you buy at the store or the spray on oil many of us have used in the past to coat a pan before we cook in it.  What's the alternative?  Use good old organic butter made from whole organic milk.
